A few of our favorite
photos

February 6, 2009
Hi there!
I am a secret fan of your rescue, just
through your website! My husband, son and I have an adopted standard
donkey jenny at home named Lilly. She came to me thin and dirty on
New Year’s Eve 2007 as a companion for my rescued OTTB. I was
wondering if you accept visitors to your facility. My friend and I
would love the opportunity to plan a road trip as the weather warms
and meet the residents…
Just for fun I attached a picture of the
long-eared love of my life, Lilly! Looking forward to hearing from
you!

Hi Kelley,
Well we just love fans of our rescue! How very nice of you to take
the time to email us. Due to the talents of Chris Wilson our
webmaster our group has met many fine people that are true longear
lovers such as yourself.Your Lilly is a real beauty. I am so glad
that you made her a part of your family. I will caution you
though---Donkeys can quickly become a serious addiction!. I will ask
Chris to put Lilly`s picture on our favorite photos page.
I would welcome a visit from you and your friend, but please lets
waite till the snow leaves and the inevitable mud dries up a bit.
Ther will be many demanding donkeys for you to scratch and get
aquainted with.I look forward to meeting you both.
